  • What is the Tyson Project A+ program?
    • The Tyson Project A+ program is a special program sponsored by Tyson Foods. The mission of the program is to help schools earn extra money quickly and easily. The money raised through Tyson Project A+ may be used however the school chooses. Through this program Tyson Foods is striving to make a difference in communities by offering a means for schools to provide their students with a more enriched educational experience.
  • How does the program work?
    • Parents, students, faculty members, and other community members clip and save labels from Tyson® products featuring the Tyson Project A+ label. The labels are collected at a participating school, and the school can then redeem them for cash from Tyson Foods.
  • Who is eligible to participate in the Tyson Project A+ program?
    • The Tyson Project A+ program is open to all accredited schools, preschool through grade 12, in the United States -- including public, private, parochial, homeschool, and early childhood education and day care centers. It also includes military schools in the continental U.S. and overseas.
  • How do I find out if my school is enrolled in the Tyson Project A+ program?
    • Use the search feature on our website to see if your school is enrolled. Or call us at 1-800-233-6332. You can also ask a school administrator. Click here to look up your school.
  • How can my school enroll in the Tyson Project A+ program?
    • If your school is not already registered, a PTO / PTA member, parent volunteer or school administrator can easily enroll online. Click here to register.
  • How much is each Tyson Project A+ program label worth?
    • Each Tyson Project A+ label has a value of 24¢ when redeemed by a registered school.
  • How many labels can I submit at a time?
    • Each submission must contain at least 100 labels. No more than 50,000 labels may be submitted in a calendar year.
  • How much money can my school earn each year?
    • The maximum amount a school can earn each calendar year is $12,000 (50,000 labels). The minimum amount of labels that may be submitted at one time is 100 ($24 value).
  • How long does the Tyson Project A+ program last?
    • Tyson Project A+ program is an ongoing program. Labels may be turned in at any time during the school year (September – May).
  • Are there any restrictions on how my school can use its Tyson Project A+ program funds?
    • No. Tyson Foods imposes no restrictions on the use of Tyson Project A+ program funds.
  • Which Tyson® products carry the Project A+ program redemption label?
    • In your grocer's freezer section, look for Tyson® products that display the Tyson Project A+ label. Click here to see a complete listing of eligible Tyson products.
  • Do Tyson® wholesale products participate?
    • No. The Tyson Project A+ program is a retail-sponsored program only.
  • Why are fresh, fresh frozen, and ready to cook products not participating products?
    • To avoid possible health issues from handling raw foods, only fully cooked bags and boxes of Tyson® products carry the Tyson Project A+ label.
